The over one million square foot Amazon Fulfillment Center is located on an 80 acres parcel in the Bailly Ridge Corporate Center in Monee, IL. SPACECO provided surveying and engineering design services. The project required the extension of over 7,000 linear feet of watermain, 2,700 linear feet of sanitary sewer, construction of a 2,500 stall automobile parking lot, and over one mile of offsite roadway improvements including the signalization of two intersections.
