SPACECO, Inc. provided civil engineering and land services for the private developer of the Uptown Redevelopment project and was part of the design team retained by the City of Park Ridge for several streetscape projects within the Uptown area including the Library Common project. Over the years of working with them, SPACECO, Inc. has proven themselves as reliable and professional. They successfully met their deadline and stayed on budget on the Uptown project wich involved many scheduling and regulatory hurdles.
