Ability of Key Personnel
President:
William B. Loftus, PE,
is responsible for
overall operations of SPACECO, Inc. Additionally, he is
responsible for technical review and management for proper
client/consultant communications, scheduling and budget. Bill has extensive field, design and administrative
experience in site development.
Vice-President:
Brian
Lounsbury, PLS, is responsible for the technical content and
quality of the survey work since 1978. He is assisted by four
PLS's, Survey Project Managers as well as other seasoned field, and
office personnel.
Engineering:
SPACECO has 13 licensed Professional Engineers including
senior staff who are responsible for coordinating their project
team, providing a "hands on" analysis of design alternatives and
preparing due diligence investigation, preliminary and final design documents.
Surveying: SPACECO,
Inc. has 5 Professional Licensed Surveyors. We are equipped to provide up to
ten survey crews. Each of
our crewmembers is most knowledgeable in the aspects of
surveying. With attention to the safety of our field personnel,
our survey crews are fully equipped with safety gear, including
vehicle strobe lights, signs and safety clothing when working in
or near roadways and traffic.
